Broyles Award, given annually to the top assistant coach in college
football.Venables was a finalist for the third time for the award, which is
named after former Arkansas coach Frank Broyles.The 45-year-old helped the
Tigers (12-1) return to the College Football Playoff for a second straight year
this season, guiding a defense that was ninth in the country while allowing an
average of 313.9 yards per game. He did so despite losing seven defensive

Participant will be prompted to complete the on-screen registration form. A
Twitter account registration is a one-time requirement. If Participant is a
returning visitor, Participant will be prompted to log-in using Participants
Twitter account. Limit one entry per Participant. Participants are expressly
prohibited from entering from multiple Twitter accounts. Any Entry or portion
thereof that is, in the Sponsors sole discretion, inconsistent with the Entry
Guidelines below will not be accepted as an Entry and Sponsor may disqualify the
Participant from further participation in the Promotion.4. ENTRY GUIDELINES: All
submitted Entries must be in English and no longer than the character limits
associated with Twitter. If the Entry is longer the character limits associated
with Twitter only the first valid number of characters will be considered as the

contents must be owned by the Participant; (c) must be submitted during the
Entry Period to be eligible to win the prize for that Entry Period; (d) must not
contain any material that would violate or infringe upon the rights of any third

of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
Use of any automatic means to enter the Promotion is prohibited. Any attempt by
any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using
multiple/different email addresses, Twitter accounts, identities, registrations
and logins, or any other methods may be disqualified. Normal Internet access and
usage charges imposed by Participants Internet Service Provider (ISP) may apply.
If Participant makes or receives Tweets on Participants mobile phone, standard
data usage or messaging rates will apply. In order to participate in the
Promotion without receiving Tweets on Participants mobile phone, Participant
must deactivate Participants mobile phone from Participants Twitter account. The
Sponsor, Twitter, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees and
agencies (the Released Parties) are not responsible for technical, hardware,
software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network
connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed
Tweet, or other electronic communications caused by the Participant or by any of
the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion by
Twitter or Sponsor, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of
the Entries in the Promotion or for any liability for damage to any computer
system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in
connection with the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Participant,
the authorized account holder of the email address used to register with Twitter
will be deemed to be the Participant. Potential winners may be required to show
proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address/Twitter
account associated with the entry. Proof of entering information via Twitter
does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. The
Released Parties are not responsible for the failure of any Tweet to be received
by Sponsor including without limitation, whether or not on account of technical
problems or congestion on the Internet or at the entry site. Sponsor reserves
the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or
attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner,
or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt
by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the
Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an
attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person
to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsors failure to enforce any term of
these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for
any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,
technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor,
including but not limited to, a change in Twitters Terms of Use, which corrupt
or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of
the Promotion, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to
cancel the Promotion and determine the winners from among all eligible entries
received prior to cancellation.6. WINNER VERIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION: One
potential winner will be selected in a random drawing, on or shortly after the
end of the Entry Period, or after the deadline for the Promotion period, from
among all eligible Entries properly submitted and received during the Promotion
Period under these Rules. A Participant who is randomly selected (a Potential
Winner) is not a winner of any prize, even if notified of being a Potential
