Monday with minor issues ahead of Tuesdays friendly against Spain at Wembley.
Rooney played the full 90 minutes in Englands 3-0 World Cup qualifying victory
over Scotland at Wembley on Friday, setting up Gary Cahill for the Three Lions
third goal. Bertrand, who started last months 2-0 win over Malta, was an unused
substitute against Gordon Strachans side and both are now doubts for the game
with Spain. In their absence, Tottenham youngster Dylan Duncan will train with
