start the season is no one-man show.DeRozan had 30 points, including four in
overtime, and the Toronto Raptors held off the Denver Nuggets for a 113-111
victory Friday night.It was the 10th time in 12 games this season that DeRozan,
the NBAs leading scorer, has reached 30 points -- most of any player in the
