ESPN Inc. and SeatGeek Inc. are hereinafter collectively
referred to as Sponsor.II. ELIGIBILITYSweepstakes is open to all legal United
States of America residents age 21 years and older at time of entry.Any
individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent
contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed
services for ESPN Inc. and SeatGeek Inc., any organizations responsible for
sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes
or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and
successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such
individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. Immediate family members shall
mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or
spouses. Household members shall mean people who share the same residence at
least three months a year.III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTERNO PURCHASE
NECESSARY.Enter-to-win campaign will run between July 18- August 5, 2016.
Throughout the campaign, consumers will have the opportunity to enter for a
chance to win the sweepstakes by texting a special code to 442-02. These codes
will be given within the Fantasy Focus Football Podcast, three times between the
afore-mentioned dates.Throughout the campaign, consumers will additionally have
the option to enter for a chance to win the sweepstakes by writing the code
word, along with the entrants name, address, phone number and e-mail address on
a piece of paper and mailing it to ESPN Fantasy Focus Football Podcast Giveaway,
125 West End Avenue, New York, NY 10023. Limit one entry per person, per day
regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries will not improve chances of
winning.Only texts to the specified number can win. Standard carrier-messaging
and data charges may apply to each text message sent and received. All text
entrants must have a text message two-way capable phone and digital and SMS
service in order to enter using the text messaging method. Text messaging may
not be available in all areas. By entering via text message, Entrant grants
Sponsor consent: (1) to text the cell phone used an acknowledgement message; and
(2) to call your cell should you be selected as a potential winner. Please
consult your carrier for applicable charges.Sponsor is not responsible for mail
that is lost, stolen, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated,
misdirected, altered, tampered with or postage-due.Sponsor can provide no
technical support and accepts no responsibility for insuring the receipt or
successful submission of your entry. Sponsor is not responsible for failed,
partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any
kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any
network, hardware or software. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable
of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that
corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for:
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized
access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions
of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers,
computer equipment, or software; or failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to
be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or
damage to entrants or any other persons computer related to or resulting from
participation in or downloading any materials from this sweepstakes. In the
event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner
of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form. Except as otherwise

Policy).IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIEDTwo grand prize
winners will be selected at random from all valid postcard and text entries
received. The first winner will be selected on or about July 22, 2016, the
second winner will be selected on or about July 29th, 2016. And the third winner
by August 5th. Winners must respond within three business days or the prize will
be forfeited.In the event a winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with
sweepstakes procedures, or is not available to claim prize during specified
dates, then an alternate winner will be selected at random.People or household
members of people who have won any other prizes from WEPN-FM within 90 days of
entry are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes. Any person who has won prizes
of $600 or more within the last 6 months from WEPN-FM is ineligible to enter or
win.Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Final
determination of winner is always conditional on verification of eligibility and
compliance with all rules and procedures. If the actual value of the prize is

$70.00.The tickets to be awarded to each winner will be determined at the sole
discretion of the Sponsor. All other travel, meals, and any other expenses
associated with this event are the sole responsibility of the winner. Federal,
state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners, who will
receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued
at $600 or more.Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to
obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may
substitute prizes of equal or greater value.Prize is subject to availability.
Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of event or for other
circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this prize.VI.
RELEASESBy participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and
the decisions of the Sponsor/Judges and the sweepstakes administrator, which
shall be final in all respects.By participating in this sweepstakes and/or
accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release ESPN Inc. and
SeatGeek Inc., their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor
companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of
their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as
well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns
(collectively, the Released Parties) from any and all actions, claims, injury,
loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation

state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material,
