Blowing warm air again, thinking of switching to a new AC shop

  I've had it up to here with my usual garage, honestly. I've taken my 2014 Honda Accord to them three times this year alone for the AC, and every time they do something temporary that fixes it for maybe a month before the cooling starts dropping off again. Last time they told me they replaced the condenser and re-gassed the system, cost me a good chunk of money, and now here we are again with warm air coming through the vents on a 47 degree day. I'm starting to think they either don't know what they're doing or they're just milking me for repeat business, neither of which is acceptable. I've been doing some research and it seems like there are places in Sharjah that actually specialize in automotive air conditioning and have the proper equipment to diagnose issues properly rather than just guessing. I need someone who will do a proper leak test, check the compressor clutch, inspect the expansion valve, and actually find the root cause instead of just topping up the gas and hoping for the best. The car is otherwise in great shape and I don't want to get rid of it, but I can't keep going through this cycle of temporary fixes.
