    driving charges against him were dropped Monday, bringing the nearly three-month

    Attorneys Office, confirmed Monday that Walton, 19, no longer faces the DUI
    charge.Following todays decision by the State Attorneys Office to drop all
    charges against Mark Walton, and after addressing the matter with Mark, he has
    been reinstated to the football program, the school said Monday in a prepared
    statement.Walton was arrested April 23 after being stopped by police and was
    charged with DUI and knowingly driving with a suspended license. The Hurricanes
    had suspended him indefinitely.Walton, who is 5-foot-9, 195 pounds, was on track
    to become Miamis top running back this spring following a freshman campaign that
    saw him tally 1,034 all-purpose yards and a team-best 10 total
